- FixedThe two pages your customers open — their portal and the pay-this-invoice page — now appear instantly instead of sitting on a blank white screen while a web font loads. If their connection drops they get “try again” rather than “this link may have expired”.
- ImprovedThose pages say “Awaiting payment” and “Awaiting you” instead of “sent”, the invoice row on a phone no longer stacks the status on top of the Pay online button, and declining a quote asks in our own words instead of a browser pop-up.
- FixedAn invoice or an expense can no longer be saved for $0.00 — a $0.00 invoice used to be created and sent. The form says which box needs filling, right on the box, and a past-due invoice is now called overdue in the list instead of showing a blank status chip.
- ImprovedLists on a phone: the table scrolls on its own, so the price, the status and ✓ Done / Edit are reachable and the panel heading and search box stay put.
- ImprovedEvery pop-up now behaves: the first box takes focus (your phone keyboard opens on it), Enter saves, Escape closes, and the page behind stops scrolling. Clients → Import shows what would land, the duplicates and the problem rows FIRST — the Import button is on screen instead of a thousand pixels below it — and a file that is not a client list is refused in one sentence.
- FixedSigning up with a mistyped email address now says so instead of “Please fill in all fields” over a form with every field filled, and Enter submits the form the way it always did on the sign-in screen.
- FixedOn a phone, Sign in is back in the website header and the menu links all fit; the comparison pages no longer slide sideways.
- ImprovedOne word for each thing — a pool is a pool and a visit is a visit, on every screen. Billing now says what the trial gives you and what subscribing buys, instead of listing the same six things twice.
- ImprovedEmails and texts to your customers are headed with YOUR business name, with SplashPilot only as a small “powered by” line, and they write money and dates properly — “$185.50” and “Thu, Oct 15, 2026”, in your currency and your time zone.
- ImprovedEmpty charts say what will fill them and print the amount over each bar; the Map says how many pools have an address but no pin, with a button to pin them; and a page that fails to load says why with a Try again button instead of sitting on “Loading…”.

- NewImport your clients and their pools from a spreadsheet — Clients → Import. Drop in a CSV from whatever you use today, check the column mapping we guessed, look at exactly what would land (duplicates flagged, every problem row listed with its line number) and import. One row per pool; repeat the client for their spa or second body of water.
- NewText messages. Connect your own Twilio account under Integrations and SplashPilot texts your customers for you: the visit confirmation, “on my way” with your ETA, the day-before reminder (gate unlocked, pets inside) and the invoice with a pay link. Each one has its own switch under Settings → Text messages. You pay Twilio directly, your business name is on the message, and anyone who replies STOP is never texted again.
- NewGet paid on an invoice. “Send” emails your client the invoice with a pay-by-card link — they pay on their phone, the money goes straight into your own Stripe account (no cut to us), and the invoice marks itself paid. Connect Stripe under Settings → Getting paid.
- NewRoute templates. Give a pool a service day and a stop number — “Mrs. Patel is every Tuesday, third stop” — and every repeating visit lands on that day, in that place in the run. Routes shows the standing week, and “Template order” puts a day back in order in one tap.
- ImprovedSkipping a visit now RESCHEDULES it instead of dropping it. Pick the day you’ll come back (tomorrow by default) and the visit moves there — the repeating schedule still runs from the original day, so one rainy Tuesday no longer costs the pool a clean.
- NewA five-step setup checklist on the dashboard for your first month — first pool, the weekly clean, your tech’s login, a client portal link, Stripe. Every step ticks itself from your own data; it disappears when you are done.
- NewSend a client their portal link from Client Portals — one button, and you can see it went.

- NewOur Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are published — splashpilotpro.com/privacy and /terms, linked from every page footer, the signup screen and the billing page.
- NewA time zone for your business (Settings → Company). My Day, Routes, the dashboard tiles and overdue invoices all roll over at midnight where you work, instead of at UTC midnight — which for a Phoenix route was five in the afternoon.
- FixedMoney shows cents everywhere. A $45.50 visit read “$46” on the schedule, on the invoice, on the printed PDF and on your customer’s portal.
- FixedSkipping a recurring visit now books the next one, so a rained-out or locked-gate week no longer drops a weekly pool off the route for good.
- NewAn approved quote becomes a customer in one click — the prospect is filed as a client with their pool, and the visit modal opens with the service and price already filled in.
- ImprovedPrinted invoices and the client portal wear YOUR brand colour and logo, and an invoice built from finished visits lists each one as its own line with the dates it covers.
- ImprovedCrew accounts do what the Team page says they do. A crew member works the day — My Day, the schedule, marking visits done, notes, photos and chem readings, to-dos — and the server, not just the menu, keeps them out of quotes, invoices, reports, the tracker, equipment, settings and billing. Their first sign-in opens on My Day.
- ImprovedThe live demo seats everyone at once. Two people trying it at the same time no longer sign each other out.
- ImprovedUnsubscribe links now ask before they act. Corporate mail scanners follow every link in an email, which was quietly unsubscribing customers who never clicked — there is a confirm button now.
- ImprovedYour data is backed up every few minutes; hourly copies are kept for a day and daily copies for two weeks. Backups no longer contain sign-in sessions.
- ImprovedWhen a trial ends, the app says so plainly and takes you to Billing — there is no “Free plan” to be stranded on, and everything you set up is exactly where you left it. Subscribing clears the trial banner on the spot.
- ImprovedInvoice numbers never repeat, even after you delete one.
- FixedA mistyped amount, date or price is refused with a plain sentence instead of being stored — that is what turned a money tile into “$NaN”.
- FixedA page that does not exist now shows a real page with a way back, instead of a line of raw text. So does a portal or quote link that has expired.
- FixedChanging your sign-in email sends a code to the NEW address and only switches when you confirm it.
- FixedThe menu on our website works on a phone, and the Help & Support tabs no longer run off the side of the screen.
- FixedThe app opens instantly even when Google’s font service is slow — it used to sit blank waiting for it.

- ImprovedEvery campaign email now carries a one-click unsubscribe link. A customer who uses it is skipped by your next campaign automatically — booking confirmations and receipts still reach them.
- ImprovedTurning two-factor off now asks for your password first, and a wrong sign-in code sends you back to the password after five tries. “Remember this computer” will ask for one more code the next time you sign in.
- FixedCancelling your subscription in the app now tells Stripe on the spot, and resuming does too — the flag and the billing can no longer disagree.
- FixedA campaign that has been sent can no longer be edited — start a new one instead.

- NewA free pool chemical calculator at splashpilotpro.com/tools/pool-chemical-calculator — enter the volume and your test readings and it gives you the dose for chlorine, acid, bicarb, calcium and stabilizer, listed in the order a pro adds them. It targets free chlorine off your cyanuric acid reading rather than a flat 1–3 ppm, and tells you when a reading can only be fixed by draining. Free and open to anyone, no sign-in.

- ImprovedYour business name now sits under the logo at the top of the sidebar, so it says whose workspace you are in at a glance.
- ImprovedSigning out is a plain "Sign out" button in the bottom-left corner, instead of the small symbol it used to be.
- NewCollapse the sidebar to a slim icon rail when you want more room for the page — click Collapse under the logo. It remembers your choice on that device.
- ImprovedYour account lives in one place now — click the gear beside your name in the bottom-left corner for your email, password, two-factor codes and remembered computers. They are no longer buried halfway down Settings.

- NewMeasure a property in sections — trace the pool, double-click to close it, hit “+ Add section” and trace the spa or the deck. Each section is named, colored and totaled, and they all roll into one quote.
- NewAddress autofill — start typing an address on the Map, or on a quote or property, and real addresses drop down. Pick one and it pins itself on the map (and fills in the city and state).
- ImprovedThe Map is much bigger, and ⛶ takes it full-screen — far easier to trace a pool accurately.
